We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were clean and recently renovated, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the convenient parking, especially for our large SUV. The location was ideal, offering stunning panoramic views and easy access to nearby attractions.
The atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the head waiter seemed uninterested in serving us properly. The lack of English-speaking staff made it difficult to understand the menu and wine list.

The restaurant had a stuffy and unfriendly atmosphere, with a waiter who didn't provide attentive service and had difficulty communicating.

The location near the big town of Ales made it easy to access bigger shops and other amenities. The service, room service, and housekeeping were exceptional. They even greeted us with a welcome drink upon arrival. The tour and ticket assistance offered here was very convenient. The room itself was well-appointed and had everything we needed, from heating and air conditioning to tea and coffee facilities and a fully-stocked mini-bar. The sitting area and terrace provided a cozy and relaxing space, and the garden furniture added a nice touch. The free toiletries and electric kettle were thoughtful amenities. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added to the overall comfort of the room.
